James made the experience of dealing with City of Calgary permits seamless. He had excellent input on design which allowed us to get the feel we wanted and stay within code and budget. We also benefitted from his engineering relationships to get quick approvals and get our project done in a timely manner. We would highly recommend the services of James Carter Design.
